You can register for classes by dropping by the parish office. The forms are available from the receptionist.
Consider sharing your time and talents with young people through the msre program contact the youth office for more information. We are in need of a few more volunteers.

Texts
6th grade
Scripture study beginning with the Old Testament and continuing through to the Gospels. Catholic moral teaching and how the scriptures connect to the our lives today are weaved into the lesson through out the year.
7th grade first semester
Mystery of God—Examines the Creed as the summary statement of our beliefs
7th grade second semester
Jesus in the New Testament—Emphasizes the life and message of Jesus, introduces the letters of Paul and the Book of Revelation
8th grade first semester
Morality: Life in Christ—Leads young people to study and apply principles of Catholic morality
8th grade second semester
Church and Sacraments—Explores how the sacraments bind us together as a community of faith
Curriculum sets the foundation for high school and beyond. Attendance in 7th and 8th grade classes are required for those not attending Catholic schools and preparing to enter Confirmation preparation.
Adult/Parent Volunteers
We are seeking adults to teach MSRE classes.
The commitment:
To be present each Sunday class is in session
To teach on your assigned Sunday (we team teach)
To attend special training session for middle school teachers

***Teacher and adult volunteers must meet the diocesan polices on Ethics and Integrity in Ministry. This includes an online background check and workshop before beginning ministry with young people. The youth office will assist you with these requirements.***
